The ASB franchise was a natural evolution for the ASB family of services, given it’s strong history of success in providing exceptional Home Health Care, In-Home Care, Non-Emergency Transportation, Hospice and Medical Staffing Services. As one of the largest, most profitable locations in Massachusetts, Always a Step Beyond has developed a proven care and compliance model that integrates tried and tested practices in coordination with State and Federal programs, some which are not common to most agencies and franchise systems. The foundation of our policies and procedures are built on the highest standards of compassion, care, compliance and education.

Costs and Financing

The Initial Franchise Fee is $45,000. The total investment necessary to begin the operation of an Always A Step Beyond Healthcare Agency Franchise is $100,450 to $109,250. This includes Medicare Certification or Non-Medical Accreditation, Travel expenses while training, basic office setup and expenses, insurance and initial working capital.

Financing may be available to qualified credit worthy prospective franchisees for the purchase of an ASB Agency and the Initial Fees that may include the Franchise Fee, Medicare Certification Fee or the Non-Medical Accreditation Fee.

Training and Support

We are mindful of the need to maximize the use of your time, so we have created both a week-long onsite training program at our corporate office, as well as a self-paced video training program to supplement the corporate training. Our corporate office training program allows for up to two individuals from your agency to attend (travel and expenses not included) and covers all necessary topics to make sure you are fully prepared to operate your agency, including:

The video training is a self-paced program that allows you the opportunity to watch each segment as often as necessary to insure a complete understanding of the topics presented.
